Not only Office Manger, Sana is also having great interest and experience in Personal Injury. Main purpose of the interest is get experience and  to support and assist fee earners in carrying out duties and where appropriate to deal with clients and their affairs in a cost effective manner under direct supervision.

Sana is responding to post, telephone enquiries and queries from clients, other professionals’ experts, colleagues and third-party representatives where appropriate, in order to progress cases effectively. Sana is assisting fee earners in the department in progressing cases where required control and Management of Work in Progress ensuring that it is recorded and converted into paid Profit Costs under supervision and direction.

Sana is working on files as appropriate, including (but not exclusively) drafting letters, protocol steps collating evidence, preparing costs letters, issues, to-do/diary lists, instructing medical experts and liaising with medical agencies.

Sana is also preparing basic scheduling and basic witness and care statements, along with basic instructions to counsel.
