Fania is a Managing Director, Solicitor and the founder of Fania Lamba Law Firm LTD. He is the driving force behind the success of the firm, a firm renowned for its high client satisfaction and outstanding results. 

He was graduated in 2005, and was first called to bar in 2005. Fania was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2013. He’s acquired more than 15 years of practical experience.

Fania completed his LLM (Master’s in law) from University of Hertfordshire in 2010. After completing his master, Fania commenced practice in few British local practices. 

Fania deals in Civil Litigation, Family law, Human Rights, Asylum & Immigration, Commercial Conveyancing, Personal Injury and Landlord and Tenant. After achieving a pivotal milestone in 2013, Fania possesses a tremendous amount of experience in these areas of law.

Fania was an Associate Solicitor and the Branch Manager specialising in Immigration law at Pride Solicitors (Ilford Branch). Fania handled all corporate immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications, prevention of illegal working, objections to civil penalties and all matters relating to Tiers 1 and 2 of the Points Based System, with a particular emphasis on issues relating to ‘dependant leave to remain/enter’ applications (unmarried partners, spouses, children and adopted children, domestic workers, etc.).

Fania has extensive experience in respect of Tier 1 (General), HSMP Forum Judgement, ILR, Sole Representative, Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) and Tier 5 temporary workers applications as well as related appeals and administrative reviews. 

Fania was also handling Claimant Personal Injury and serious injury cases arising from all kinds of accidents. Prior to joining Pride Solicitors, Fania supervised the Immigration, Family and civil litigation team at Jinnah Solicitors LLP (Ilford).
